Position Overview
Ohm Restoration is seeking a Recruiting & Training Manager to lead the hiring, onboarding, development, and ongoing training of our field and sales teams. This role is responsible for identifying top talent, building strong recruitment pipelines, and further developing training systems that ensure employees are equipped to succeed in roofing and restoration operations.
The ideal candidate has experience in roofing, storm restoration, construction sales, or insurance restoration and understands the fast-paced nature of the industry. This individual should be highly organized, people-oriented, and capable of building scalable hiring and training processes that support company growth.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Hiring
- Develop and manage recruiting strategies for sales representatives, project managers, canvassers, field crews, and office staff
- Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, recruiting events, and industry connections
- Conduct interviews, candidate screenings, and reference checks
- Coordinate hiring workflows, onboarding documents, and orientation processes
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future growth
- Work with leadership to identify staffing needs and workforce planning
Training & Development
- Implement onboarding and training programs for new hires
- Train employees on roofing systems, restoration processes, insurance claims workflows, safety standards, and company procedures
- Evolve sales and leadership training materials for field and office teams
- Conduct ride-alongs, field coaching, and hands-on training sessions
- Monitor employee performance and identify additional development opportunities
- Maintain training records, SOPs, and operational manuals
Operations Support
- Assist in establishing company culture, accountability standards, and performance expectations
- Ensure employees understand compliance requirements, safety protocols, and company policies
Qualifications
- Preferred experience in roofing, construction, storm restoration, or insurance restoration
- Strong understanding of roofing systems, restoration workflows, and/or insurance claim processes
- Experience in recruiting, hiring, training, or team leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to lead both classroom-style and hands-on field training
- Proficient with Google Workspace and CRM/project management systems
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing sales teams or field crews
- Knowledge of OSHA and jobsite safety standards
- Experience with roofing/restoration softwares
- Bilingual communication skills are a plus

Pay: $55,054.59 - $66,302.30 per year
