Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking a dependable, experienced Skilled Caregiver or CNA to provide one-on-one care for a client in their home. This position is ideal for someone who values building relationships, providing consistent care, and making a lasting difference.
Current Schedule
Weeknights 9 pm-11 pm
Every other weekend split shift 8 am-12 pm and 9 pm-11 pm

Responsibilities

Assist with bathing, dressing and personal hygiene

Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed

Assist with toileting

Provide companionship and emotional support

Safely assist with transfers (Hoyer lift experience is a plus)
Pay & Benefits

$20.00 per hour

Weekend shift differential for Saturday and Sunday hours

Qualifications

Skilled caregiving or CNA experience required

Hoyer lift experience preferred

At least 18 years of age
-
Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
