Experienced Cargo Van and 26ft box driver wanted in North Carolina for OTR & Regional Freight.Mechanically inclined with your own tools is a plus.

Position Overview
Route Runners Transport is seeking dependable, safety focused drivers for Regional and OTR freight. Drivers must be comfortable staying on the road, using an ELD and smartphone apps, communicating with dispatch, and delivering freight professionally and on time.
Minimum Requirements
- Valid driver's license (Non-CDL) Clean MVR Minimum 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience
- Current DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain one) Ability to pass a DOT drug screen and background check
- Comfortable using an ELD and smartphone applications
- Reliable, dependable, and safety-minded
- Strong communication skills Willing to travel Regional and OTR
Preferred Experience
- Cargo Van and/or 26' Box Truck Straight Truck LTL / Pickup & Delivery Household Goods Moving Expedited Freight

Minimum Qualification Questions
- Do you have at least 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience?
- Do you currently hold a valid DOT Medical Card? Are you willing to stay out on the road for 2–3 weeks at a time?
- Have you had any preventable accidents or major moving violations within the last 3 years?
- Are you comfortable using an ELD, GPS, and smartphone apps?
- Can you pass a DOT drug screen and background check?
- Are you legally authorized to work in the United States?
- What city and state are you currently located in?
This position requires drivers who are committed to Regional and OTR operations and are willing to remain on the road as required by freight demand. Home time is scheduled based on operational needs.
