Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher Assistants to join our educational team. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.

- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and developmental milestones.
- Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Incorporate special education strategies to accommodate diverse learning needs within the classroom.
- Participate in curriculum development to enhance educational offerings and ensure a comprehensive learning experience.
- Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their curiosity and creativity.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and assessments.
Qualifications
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in childcare or preschool settings is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Knowledge of special education practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with literacy education techniques and curriculum development strategies.
