What We Are Looking For
We are expanding our plumbing and drain division and need a Plumbing Sales Tech who can handle everything from a standard service call to a complex residential plumbing diagnosis. In this role, you aren’t just turning wrenches; you are the trusted advisor in the home, offering homeowners the best solutions, options, and financing packages to fix their issues for good.
Key Responsibilities
- In-Home Service & Diagnostics: Respond to residential service calls to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems, water heaters, sumps, and drain issues.
- Customer Consultation & Sales: Clearly explain technical problems to homeowners and present multiple repair or replacement options.
- Revenue Generation: Utilize your industry knowledge to offer system upgrades, service agreements, and seamless financing options (like GreenSky and GoodLeap) to maximize ticket sizes.
- Maintain Excellence: Keep your company truck clean, stocked, and ready to roll, ensuring a professional image on every neighborhood visit.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: Solid background in residential plumbing service and drain cleaning. (Master Plumber or Journeyman license is highly preferred, but un-licensed techs with extensive field/sales experience are welcome to apply).
- Sales Mindset: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a residential service environment. You know how to build value, handle objections gracefully, and close the job.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using modern tablet-based CRM software (ServiceTitan) for dispatching, invoicing, and presenting options to customers.
- Professionalism: Clear communication skills, a clean driving record, and a background check pass are required.

Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday with rotating weekend/on-call availability
