We are thrilled to announce that She’s Counseling & Consulting has expanded into a beautiful 10,000 sq. ft. permanent home designed to foster growth, healing, and collaboration for both clients and clinicians.
Our new facility will feature a Psychiatrist providing medication management, a Autism Rooms, Play Therapy Suite, and more creating an integrated wellness experience for our clients and staff alike.
As part of this exciting expansion, we are seeking two Licensed Professional Counselor Associates (LPCAs) to join our forever-growing team of compassionate, skilled professionals. (LICENSED CLINICIANS ONLY). One of the two roles would be school based.
About the Role
Our Outpatient Practice is recruiting Licensed Mental Health Counselors to provide therapy services to individuals and families. With endless referrals and a strong community presence, you’ll have the opportunity to build a steady caseload quickly while making a lasting impact.
As an Independent Contractor, you will:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
- Offer psychoeducation and ongoing support.
- Maintain thorough and compliant clinical documentation.
- Participate in team meetings, supervision, and professional development.
- Meet established billable expectations and respond to client crises as needed.
Qualifications
We welcome candidates holding provisional or associate licensure, including:
- Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC/A)
