As a Senior Attorney on our team, we are looking for:

J.D. from an accredited law school
-
Admitted to practice in New York
-
3–5 years of relevant experience in bankruptcy and creditors’ rights
-
Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy proceeding experience
-
Commercial collections and enforcement action experience
-
Loan workouts and restructuring experience
-
Litigation experience involving secured and unsecured creditors
