Program, set up, and operate 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC milling centers.

Set up and run CNC turning lathes (experience with live tooling is a strong plus).

Masterfully interpret complex engineering blueprints, drawings, and strict GD&T standards.

Independently select ideal tooling networks, calculate feeds/speeds, and design work-holding strategies.

Conduct regular quality checks using mics and calipers to maintain flawless technical tolerances.
Pay Range: $28.00 – $36.00 / hour (DOE).-
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime options available).

Location: Tacoma, WA area.

Prior experience as a multi-axis CNC Machinist within an aerospace environment required.

Proven ability to build toolpaths and machine programs cleanly from scratch.

Hands-on comfort setting up and running both CNC mills and CNC lathes.
