We are a busy, multi-specialty organization with clinics across Colorado. This role will support our surgical oncology team, which cares for patients going through some of the most difficult moments of their lives. We are looking for someone dependable, compassionate, organized, and ready to truly be part of a team.
If you are someone who enjoys busy days, takes pride in staying ahead of tasks, and wants to be part of a high-functioning surgical team, you will likely do very well here.
If you are looking for a slow-paced office, minimal patient interaction, limited responsibilities, or a role with little movement between locations, this will probably not be the right fit.
What This Role Really Looks Like
This role includes both front office and back office responsibilities. You must be comfortable balancing patient care, surgery scheduling, phones, EMR work, insurance tasks, and assisting with procedures.
Some days are patient-facing and clinic-heavy, while others are intentionally lighter to allow time for administrative work, follow-up tasks, surgery coordination, referrals, authorizations, chart preparation, and returning patient and referring office calls.
You will travel between Denver, Boulder, and Englewood throughout the week. Travel is a required part of the position, not an occasional exception. Candidates should apply only if they are genuinely comfortable with that expectation.
