Duties
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess patient health status and needs.
Requirements
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois
- Valid LPN license in the state of Illinois
- Active CPR Certification
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
