What You'll Do
You'll be the expert our customers rely on — diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems, building real relationships, and guiding homeowners through decisions with confidence and care. Every day looks like this:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems in residential homes
- Build lasting customer relationships and create lifetime members
- Guide customers to confident, informed decisions
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Keep your company truck clean, stocked, and road-ready
- Communicate consistently with dispatch and your manager
- Participate in the on-call rotation
- Represent Streamline through professional appearance and conduct
- Master the NextStar Service System and understand your KPIs
- Invest in your own growth through weekly training and 1:1s
What You'll Need
- Experience diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied environments — outdoors, attics, crawl spaces
- Ability to stay on your feet and move through a full day of service calls
- A commitment to showing up dependably and doing the job right
