Laser Center is a precision laser cutting company in Menomonee Falls, WI. We are currently seeking CNC Laser Operators to join our team.
This position is responsible for the daily setup and operation of one or more CNC laser machines. The operator will also carry out daily duties including area housekeeping, maintenance work, and material staging.

Responsibilities
- Operate laser cutting machines to fabricate parts based on engineering specifications.
- Load and unload raw materials at each work-center for production.
- Maintain daily clean-up and associated log-book in assigned area.
- Utilize hand tools and machinery as needed.
- Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of cutting equipment and work area.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience of operating CNC laser machines is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- High school diploma preferred
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Safety conscious behavior
- Excellent attendance
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:40 PM–11:20 PM
Overtime opportunities may be available.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.29 per hour
