Install and securely fasten sheet metal decking on steel structures

Perform shear stud installation and, when applicable, welding on decking

Operate hand, power, pneumatic, and powder‑actuated tools safely and efficiently

Care for and maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition

Record time and attendance accurately each day

Follow OSHA, customer, and company safety standards at all times

Take on additional site duties as assigned

Full‑time, hourly, daytime shift only

Projects typically run 2–3 months (some longer). When one wraps up, crews travel to a new city/state to begin the next.
