The Gallery offers a high-end shooting experience across 15 lanes, along with a sports bar, retail shop, coffee bar, defensive and competitive shooting training, and a team dedicated to providing exceptional experiences every time members and guests visit.
Position Description:
The Range & Retail Associate will be a key member of our team, providing exceptional service to our customers. This role involves assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining the appearance of the store, and ensuring that every visitor has a safe and positive experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service, answering questions about products and making recommendations based on customer needs.
- Assist customers with purchases, including processing payments and handling returns or exchanges.
- Maintain the appearance of the store by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and keeping the store clean and tidy.
- Stay informed about new products and promotions, and communicate this information to customers.
- Support the execution of store events and promotions to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
- Conduct opening and closing procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience.
- Experience in the firearm industry is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Compensation:
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
