Product Specialist
Salary: $73,000–$83,000 + 5–10% bonus

Job Summary
The Product Specialist supports a technical product line within a manufacturing organization, working closely with international and domestic teams. This role is well-suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and is interested in growing a career in product management or commercial operations.
This position is responsible for supporting pricing activities, order tracking, contract coordination, customer engagement, and sales support functions. The role plays a key part in helping drive product line performance and ensuring smooth execution across business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support forecasting activities and contribute to achieving monthly order targets
- Analyze sales trends, backlog, and inventory usage to support business decisions
- Maintain pricing information and process special pricing requests
- Track and manage long-term customer agreements and commitments
- Provide product and commercial support to customers, sales teams, and distribution partners
- Coordinate and resolve customer issues by driving internal follow-up actions
- Build strong working relationships with sales and distribution teams through training and ongoing support
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of sales materials and product documentation
- Participate in both strategic and day-to-day product line initiatives
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales support, product support, or technical marketing
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of accountability, urgency, and follow-through
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Education
- Associate’s degree required(Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Equivalent experience may be considered in place of a degree
