ManCave for Men is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Master Barber/Stylist to join our team at our Downtown Clematis location in West Palm Beach. This is a high-traffic area with strong growth potential, ideal for someone who takes pride in their craft and delivers a premium client experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality haircuts, beard trims, and grooming services with precision and attention to detail
- Provide straight razor shaves and advanced grooming techniques
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and deliver a personalized experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation
- Build and retain a loyal clientele through strong customer service
- Upsell services such as facials, nail care, and premium treatments
- Assist with daily operations including scheduling, client check-in, and retail promotion
- Stay current with modern trends and techniques in men’s grooming
Qualifications
- Valid Florida barber or cosmetology license
- Proven experience with a strong portfolio of work
- Mastery of both modern and classic haircutting techniques
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Professional appearance and attention to detail
- Experience with Squire is a plus, but not required
- Ability to perform additional services such as straight razor shaves, facials, or nail care is a plus
