Bilingual Checker/Packer
Location: Carrollton, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $15.00/hour starting pay, increasing to $17.00/hour upon full-time hire
Overtime: Available during peak season (Q4) through extended weekday hours. No weekend work required.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Checker/Packer to join our warehouse team in Carrollton, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for a high school graduate or entry-level candidate looking to build a long-term career and develop into a leadership position within warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Verify products, quantities, and order details for accuracy before shipment.
- Pack customer orders according to company standards and shipping requirements.
- Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies.
- Label, organize, and prepare shipments for delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Assist with inventory control and other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines.
Qualifications
- Ability to read and write in English is required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Positive attitude, dependability, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform warehouse duties throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift warehouse materials, with no lifting requirements exceeding 30 pounds.
- Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
Additional Information
- Drug screening required.
- Training will be provided by the Warehouse Manager.
- No prior computer experience is required.
