As a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Driver, you will help patients safely reach medical appointments, dialysis centers, and essential services. What You’ll Do
Safely drive shuttle buses, vans, or other commercial vehicles
Provide friendly, respectful assistance to passengers during boarding and exiting
Support clients with mobility devices, wheelchairs, or personal belongings
Ensure on-time pickups and drop-offs
Keep vehicles clean, safe, and well-maintained through routine inspections
Communicate clearly with dispatch, healthcare facilities, and passengers
Follow all safety guidelines, traffic laws, and company policies
Accurately record trip details, mileage, and vehicle condition
What We’re Looking For
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Experience in NEMT, shuttle, bus, or delivery driving preferred (training available)
Comfortable assisting passengers with mobility needs and light to heavy lifting
Strong customer service and communication skills
Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused
Basic understanding of vehicle safety and maintenance
