Join a Growing Financial Services Organization
HeritageBridge Financial Solutions(HBFS)is a financial brokerage firm focused on expanding access to financial education, protection strategies, wealth-building solutions, and entrepreneurial opportunities within the financial services industry.
We are developing a scalable business ecosystem designed to support financial professionals, entrepreneurs, and business owners through education, technology, marketing systems, automation, and strategic growth resources.
We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and entrepreneurial individual to participate in our Executive Development Track.
This is not a traditional internship focused on administrative tasks. This opportunity is designed for someone who wants firsthand experience helping build the systems, processes, and strategies required to scale a modern financial services organization.
The ideal candidate is someone who thinks like an entrepreneur, understands business growth, enjoys solving complex problems, and wants to develop into a leadership role.
Position Overview
The Strategic Growth & Business Operations Intern will work closely with executive leadership to assist in developing internal strategies, operational workflows, member experiences, and growth initiatives.
This individual will help evaluate, design, document, and improve the systems that support HBFS members and future growth.
The selected candidate will be involved across multiple dimensions of the organization, including member journey development, business workflow design, operational planning, growth strategy implementation, technology integration, marketing systems, internal process development, and organizational scalability.
This position requires someone who can see the "big picture" while also understanding how individual systems connect to create a successful organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Business Development
- The candidate will work directly with leadership to develop internal growth strategies, research industry trends and best practices, and create scalable processes for company expansion. This includes analyzing current workflows, analytics across platforms and various production goals recommending improvements, and developing systems that drive efficiency and member success across multiple areas of the organization.
Member Experience & Program Development
A core function of this role involves designing and refining the complete HBFS member experience—from onboarding processes and engagement workflows to education delivery and retention strategies. The candidate will organize resources, training materials, templates, and tools while identifying opportunities to increase the value HBFS delivers to its members.
Operations & Systems Development
The candidate will become familiar with and assist in optimizing the internal platforms and tools used across the organization to support operations, communication, automation, and growth. Specific systems and technologies will be introduced during onboarding and throughout the engagement.
Marketing & Growth Strategy
The candidate will assist in developing marketing initiatives and lead generation strategies, create campaign frameworks, analyze customer acquisition opportunities, and support partnership development and educational content initiatives. This work directly contributes to the growth trajectory of the organization.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who possesses the mindset and characteristics of a future business leader—an individual who thinks like an entrepreneur, enjoys building and improving systems, and can identify problems and create solutions independently. The ideal candidate has strong communication and organizational skills, understands that growth requires both strategy and execution, and wants more than a temporary internship experience.
Preferred backgrounds include Business, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Project Management, Information Systems, and Sales Leadership. A current insurance license is a strong advantage but is not required.
Unique Growth Opportunity
HBFS is not simply seeking an intern—we are identifying future leaders!
For the right individual, this
opportunity should lead to expanded operational responsibilities, leadership development and roles, long-term employment, participation in company growth initiatives, professional licensing support, and a defined career path within the financial services industry.
Qualified candidates who are interested in financial services may have the opportunity to receive company-sponsored training and licensing support, where applicable and subject to eligibility requirements.
Licensed professionals may have opportunities to transition into revenue-generating roles within the organization.
