Pay:
- Piecerate pay $39 - $350 per unit depending on specific property
- $20 per hour for non-unit clean work.
Schedule:
- 20 - 30 hours per week
- Weekends and holidays required

We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented Housekeepers to help create exceptional guest experiences in our vacation rental properties in Bridgton, Maine. As a Housekeeper, you'll play an important role in ensuring every guest arrives at a clean, comfortable, and welcoming home.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain vacation rental properties to company standards
- Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize all areas of the home
- Make beds, refresh linens, and assist with laundry as needed
- Restock guest amenities and household supplies
- Identify and report maintenance concerns or property damage
- Remove trash and ensure homes are guest-ready
- Maintain hot tubs as needed (training provided)
- Work independently while supporting the housekeeping team
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping, hospitality, hotel, or cleaning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable using mobile apps and technology for daily tasks
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
