Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, collaborative and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure compliance with employment laws. This role is a key business partner to plant leadership, helping drive employee engagement, workforce planning, compliance, talent acquisition, and organizational success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement human resource strategies aligned with organizational goals to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Oversee talent acquisition processes, including recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, employee orientation programs, and partnering with staffing agencies.
- Lead change management projects to support organizational transformation and process improvements.
- Administer benefits programs, payroll processing, workers' compensation claims, and compliance with employment & labor laws such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act).
- Ensure HR legal compliance by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment law in talent management and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) for data collection, reporting, and personnel administration.
Skills
- Experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of employment law, labor regulations, and HR legal compliance.
- Proven ability in strategic planning, organization design, workforce management
- Proficiency in HR systems including ADP.
- Skilled in employee relations, conflict management, training & development programs.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly while fostering positive employee engagement.
- Must possess the ability to collaborate and build effective professional relationships across all departments and employee groups.
- Competence in data analysis using Excel for reporting purposes; familiarity with data entry and administrative tasks related to HR functions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively within a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Education and Experience:
- Three plus years of Human Resources experience.
- Associate degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Manufacturing HR experience is preferred.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
