We are seeking a knowledgeable and friendly Vapor Sales representative / Budtender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cannabis and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
As a Budtender / Vape Sales , you will play a crucial role in guiding customers through their purchasing experience, ensuring they receive the right products to meet their needs. Your expertise in cannabis strains, products, and accessories will help create an inviting atmosphere for both new and experienced users.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations on cannabis / nicotine vape products.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked display of products, ensuring all items are properly labeled and priced.
- Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash accurately.
- Educate customers on product usage, effects, and benefits while adhering to legal regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization within the store environment.
- Baseline understanding of Disposable Vapes. Brands such as Geekbar & Lost Mary etc.
- Requirements
- OMMA Credentialing license
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in the cannabis industry.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Ability to stock shelves efficiently while maintaining product organization.

Pay: $12.00 - $12.50 per hour
