This is a W-2 employee position-not independent contractor work. You choose the projects that fit your schedule, making this an excellent opportunity for those seeking supplemental income, part-time work, or a flexible schedule.
As a Grocery Merchandiser, you'll help retailers improve the shopping experience by:
Resetting and organizing product displays
Stocking and merchandising products according to planograms
Installing signage and promotional materials
Building and moving fixtures as needed
Improving shelf conditions and product presentation
Working alongside store management and fellow merchandisers
Using problem-solving skills to complete projects efficiently
No two days are exactly alike. Projects vary by location, retailer, and assignment.
Typical start times between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM
Monday–Friday projects
Most shifts are 6–8 hours
Hours vary week to week based on project availability
This position supports retailers throughout the Rochester and surronding area.
Applicants must be willing and able to travel up to 30 miles from home, as work locations change frequently.

Meal per diem, tolls, and approved travel expenses covered when applicable

6+ months of merchandising, stocking, retail, grocery, or reset experience
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various work sites
Personal smartphone with internet access
Valid email address
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout an 8-hour shift
Strong attendance and reliability
Experience reading and executing planograms
Experience with store resets, remodels, or merchandising projects
Comfortable using basic hand tools
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
