Sales Associate – Cabinet Retail Store
We are looking for an experienced Sales Associate to join our cabinet retail showroom. The ideal candidate is sales-driven, customer-focused, and capable of creating cabinet designs based on customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers from consultation to final sale
- Create cabinet layouts and designs using 2020 Design software
- Prepare quotes, invoices, and orders using QuickBooks
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets
Requirements:
- Sales experience (cabinet, kitchen, or home improvement preferred)
- Ability to use 2020 Design
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Spanish is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary
- Commission per sale
- Quarterly performance bonuses

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
