Remote · Part-time to start, room to grow · Reports directly to founder
The short version
A neuropsychologist — published scientist, Harvard Business Review author — built an
international platform on the neuroscience of emotional power and consciousness.
The business continues to expand through digital content, courses, speaking
engagements, coaching, and media.
She is seeking one person who owns the operational layer.
What you'll own
- The founder's calendar, inbox, and inbound pipeline — coaching inquiries,
speaking requests, media, partnerships — triaged with warmth and judgment,
nothing valuable slipping through
- Operations for the flagship online program: development of offer ecosystem,
participant communications, customer experience
- The systems: CRM, workflows, follow-up loops, testimonials, launch logistics —
built, maintained, improved
- Coordination of contractors and creative partners so founder isn't the project
manager
- Turning the founder's ideas into organized, executed plans — and closing the
loop
- Strong judgment in determining what requires founder input and what can be
handled independently
You're right for this if you
- Your ability to proactively think is 10/10. You have a track record of proactive
thought that actually moves the business forward —you can name specific things
you built or improved that you saw coming before anyone asked you.
- You've supported a founder or expert-led business and understand that
protecting someone's time and energy is the job
- You're warm, direct, and grace under pressure — this is a mission-driven
environment, and the person in this seat sets its operational tone. The founder
serves the external world; you curate the organization’s internal world.
- Your attention to detail is excellent
- Your communication style is steady and clear, offering busy founder excellent
visibility into workflow, competing priorities, etc.
- You enjoy real-time responsiveness—there is a highly dynamic workflow and you
both respond reliably to founder while also being highly self-starting
Bonus, not required: email marketing, GoHighLevel or similar CRM, online course
platforms, basic Canva, community management.
Compensation
Hourly to start, commensurate with experience. 25-30 hours per week. Bonus structures
available. This is deliberate: we're building a long-term seat, and the compensation
structure rewards people who deliver and stay.
Why this is worth your time
The work is real: neuroscience, emotional power, the intersection of rigorous science
and human transformation — with a proven audience that responds like few audiences
do. The business is at the exact inflection point where the right operations person
shapes everything that comes next.
