Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team and drive our growth forward! In this energetic role, you will be the face of our company, engaging with customers and clients to promote our products. Duties
- Actively engage with customers in our showroom/email/whatsapp, ensuring a positive shopping experience through excellent customer service.
- Promote and upsell products by understanding customer needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Build strong client relationships through effective communication, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Conduct merchandising activities, including product placement, and promotional displays.
- Maintain organizational skills to manage schedules & order processing planning.
- Demonstrate knowledge of pricing strategies, upselling techniques, and client communication to maximize sales opportunities.
Qualifications
- SPANISH IS A MUST.
- Proven experience in retail store environments or sales roles with strong customer relationship building skills with a minimum of 2 years experience.
- Basic math proficiency for pricing calculations, discounts, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
- Knowledge of merchandising practices and organizational skills for product placement.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to upsell effectively while maintaining professionalism.
- Basic computer skills
