We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations in Hardeeville, Savannah. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient inbound/outbound processes, inventory accuracy, and team management in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Warehouse Operations Management
- Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping
- Ensure on-time order fulfillment and shipment accuracy
- Monitor workflow and optimize operational efficiency
2. Team Management
- Supervise and manage warehouse staff (full-time and temporary workers)
- Lead hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
- Maintain productivity and accountability across shifts
3. Inventory Control
- Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits
- Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Maintain proper inventory organization and tracking
4. Process Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
- Develop and enforce SOPs for warehouse operations
- Work closely with operations and leadership to scale processes
5. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Maintain a safe working environment and conduct safety training
- Monitor equipment usage and warehouse conditions
6. Cross-functional Coordination
- Coordinate with transportation, customer service, and operations teams
- Communicate issues such as delays, shortages, or operational risks
- Support client requirements and service level agreements (SLAs)
Qualifications
- 8+ years of warehouse or fulfillment experience
- Experience in e-commerce, 3PL, or logistics environment preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Familiarity with WMS systems and warehouse KPIs
- Experience managing high-volume fulfillment operations
- Bilingual preferred
- Experience working in startup or fast-scaling environments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
