Job Title: Dishwasher / Production Sanitation Specialist
Compensation: $16.00/hour (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our production facility team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that all baking equipment, utensils, and dishes are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and organized. Your work directly impacts our team's efficiency and helps us maintain the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness in our bakery.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Sanitation: Safely and efficiently operate a 3-compartment sink to clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and production gear.
Organization: Properly dry, organize, and put away clean dishes and baking tools in their designated locations for easy access by the production team.
Facility Care: Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the bakery floor, including sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash as needed.
Safety Standards: Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and chemical handling guidelines.
Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous experience in a bakery, commercial kitchen, or production facility is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate!
