Floor Crew Assistant
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Floor Crew Assistant with prior cleaning experience to join our team. This position requires Night Shifts with a flexible schedule, including some weekends, varying shift times, and occasional long hours.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of Floor Care. This role offers hands-on training and exposure to multiple floor care methods and systems, making it an excellent entry point into a long-term career as a professional floor technician.
START IMMEDIATELY - Schedule and Location: Fort Lauderdale- Monday through Friday 10pm-5am (35hours/Weekly).
What You’ll Do:

Floor vacuuming and equipment cleaning.

Floor mopping cleaning.

Place proper safety signage and taping off and secure work areas.

Sweeping, mopping (dry & damp), dusting

Refilling water on equipment and properly disposing of dirty water.

General cleaning tasks as needed

Follow all safety procedures and requirements.
What We're Looking For:

1-year of professional floor care experience.

Floor care experience preferred.

Familiarity with environmental services practices is a plus.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with continuous exposure to cleaning agents and dust.

Must be able to work overnight shifts including weekends.

Ability to travel across Miami-Dade, Broward & Palm Beach.

Must have reliable transportation to/from the work site(s).

Must successfully complete hospital clearance. requirements, including required immunizations and medical testing conducted by the hospital.

Valid Florida driver's license.

Must be able to pass a Background Check.

Must be able to pass Drug Test.

Bilingual English & Spanish preferred.
