Summary
We are seeking a dedicated HVAC Installer to join our team at Rob’s Air Conditioning & Heating Inc. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing top-notch installs to our clients . Your contributions will help us maintain our reputation for excellence in customer care.
Responsibilities
- Install residential HVAC systems including split systems, package units, heat pumps, furnaces, and ductwork
- Replace existing systems and perform retrofit installations
- Install IAQ products such as UV lights, filtration systems, and dehumidifiers
- Properly braze, evacuate, charge, and start up systems
- Ensure all installations meet code and manufacturer specifications
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Communicate with customers professionally and explain work being performed
- Complete job paperwork, photos, and notes through company software
- Work alongside helpers and train junior installers when needed
Requirements
- 2+ years HVAC installation experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems
- EPA Certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics/crawlspaces
- Ability to troubleshoot basic install issues
- Strong work ethic and team attitude
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Technical knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus but not mandatory.
- A valid driver's license is required.
