DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Diagnose and repair complex electrical, drivability, mechanical, and network-related concerns across all makes and models.
- Use advanced scan tools, scopes, meters, AllData, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic software to identify the root cause—not just replace parts.
- Serve as a technical leader and mentor, assisting other technicians with challenging diagnostics and repairs.
- Perform advanced repairs involving engine performance, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, cooling, HVAC, and transmissions.
- Complete thorough Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) with honest, accurate recommendations focused on safety, reliability, and guest trust.
- Work closely with Service Advisors and technicians to deliver quality repairs and an exceptional guest experience.
- Maintain high standards for workmanship, safety, organization, and doing the job right the first time.
- Continue growing through advanced training, modern diagnostic technology, and challenging repair opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Extensive automotive repair and advanced diagnostic experience.
- Strong electrical, drivability, and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency with professional diagnostic equipment and repair information systems such as AllData.
- ASE certifications preferred; ASE Master Technician status is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities.
- Valid driver’s license.
