Infant & Toddler Teacher
Join Our Team & Make a Difference in the First Years of Life!
We are looking for a warm, nurturing, dependable, and passionate Infant & Toddler Teacher who understands that young children learn best through quality, intentional, play-based experiences.
Our program is committed to providing a safe, loving, and engaging environment where infants and toddlers can explore, discover, build relationships, and develop at their own pace. We believe play is not simply a way to keep children busy—it is an essential part of how young children learn.

- Create and participate in age-appropriate, play-based learning experiences.

- Follow children’s interests and use everyday moments as opportunities for learning.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families.
- Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and developmentally appropriate classroom.
- Support daily routines, including meals, diapering, naps, transitions, and toileting, while maintaining a positive and respectful approach.
- Observe children and communicate their development, interests, and needs with families and team members.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers to maintain consistency and high-quality care.
- Provide active supervision and remain engaged with children throughout the day.
- Follow all center policies, health and safety procedures, and licensing requirements.

- Warm, patient, and genuinely enjoys working with young children
- Passionate about early childhood education and development
- Comfortable getting down on the floor and playing, exploring, singing, reading, and learning alongside children
- Creative and able to turn simple materials and everyday experiences into meaningful learning opportunities
- Reliable, professional, and a positive team player
- Attentive to children’s individual needs, cues, interests, and developmental stages
- Committed to respectful and responsive caregiving
- Able to communicate professionally and positively with families and coworkers
- Dedicated to providing quality childcare—not simply supervision
