What you will do - Essential responsibilities
- Conduct accurate vehicle condition assessments by collecting, recording, and communicating all required information to Fleet Manager and Owner
- Send out a EOD recap (Checking parking lot to ensure all vehicles lights are off, windows are up and gas door as open as well as communicating any missing dollies or new damages)
- Capture quality and timely photographs of vehicles and all associates damages
- Input any notes or new damages in the fleet channel on discord
- Report any new damages to the Fleet Manager or Dispatch
- Maintain our process flow
- Assist with onsite issues if needed/necessary
- Collect and sign in dollies
- Check each van for trash and ensure drivers are throwing it away before or while they are getting their photos taken. Nobody should be parking then throwing away trash. You are responsible for ensuring the drivers the next day find no trash in the vans.
- Increase and improve processes
- A valid driver's license is required
- Must be 18 years or older
- Flexibility to work indoors or outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- High level of attention to detail
- No prior automotive experience required
