Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the daily operations of an Award winning restaurant
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and increase revenue
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage and train staff members, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences
- Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for senior management
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the restaurant chain
Must be familiar with Toast
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality/restaurant industry
-Possess strong organizational skills and provide systems to make improvements to growth
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in computer systems and software used in restaurant management
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
