Community Support Systems is looking for excellent Part-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team and make a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.
What does this rewarding role entail?
As a DSP, you'll work in small group homes located around Teutopolis, Effingham, and Dieterich, assisting with personal care needs and daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and more.

We’re looking for individuals who are:
- At least 18 years old
- Have a HS Diploma or GED
- Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Compassionate and dependable, looking to be part of a great team
Shift & Pay Details:
- Evening Shift: 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.
- Overnight Shift: 11 p.m. to 9 a.m.
- Days of the week vary, including weekends
- Starting Pay: $20.55/hour, with a .50¢ wage increase upon DSP certification through CSS
Preferred Experience:
Experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), health care aid, or home health care provider is preferred, but not required. CNA certification is beneficial but not required.
