Duties
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct engaging product demos to showcase features and benefits tailored to client needs
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify new business opportunities in B2B markets
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure mutually beneficial deals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical sales support and resolve client inquiries
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and account updates using organizational tools
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and improve service delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or medical/pharmaceutical sales preferred
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Demonstrated ability to conduct product demos effectively and explain technical information clearly
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple accounts simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for reporting and presentations
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop strategic insights
- Outside sales experience is advantageous, along with a passion for customer service excellence
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
