We are seeking a dependable and versatile Floater to provide support to our Lake Pointe apartment community in both Leasing Consultant and Maintenance Technician capacities. This position is ideal for an individual who enjoys variety in their workday and is committed to delivering excellent customer service while helping maintain attractive, well-functioning communities.
The Floater will assist with leasing, administrative, customer service, and maintenance responsibilities.

Leasing & Administrative Support
-
Answer incoming calls and assist residents, applicants, and visitors professionally

Conduct apartment tours and present community amenities
-
Process resident applications and prepare lease documents
-
Assist with lease renewals and resident communications
-
Maintain resident and applicant records
-
Assist the Community Director with daily operations and special projects
Maintenance Support
-
Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely manner
-
Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs
-
Assist with painting, drywall repairs, lighting repairs, and basic carpentry
-
Clean and maintain apartment homes, grounds, and community amenities
-
Conduct routine property inspections
-
Assist with moving furniture, appliances, and equipment as needed
-
Support maintenance teams with property turnover and make-ready units
-
Work weekends, evenings, holidays, and on-call as scheduled

Strong customer service and communication skills
-
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities

Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques

Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office

Yardi experience preferred

Previous apartment leasing, maintenance, or property management experience preferred

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid driver's license required
