Honda of Muskogee is looking for a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to help keep our inventory and customer vehicles looking their absolute best. If you take pride in your work, enjoy working with vehicles, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.
As an Automotive Detailer, you'll play an important role in creating a great first impression for our customers by ensuring every vehicle is clean, polished, and ready for delivery.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly clean and detail new, used, and customer vehicles
- Wash, dry, wax, polish, and buff vehicle exteriors
- Vacuum, shampoo, and clean carpets, upholstery, floor mats, and interior surfaces
- Clean windows, mirrors, dashboards, door panels, and other interior components
- Remove stains, odors, and debris from vehicle interiors
- Apply protective treatments and dressings as needed
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and report any damage or concerns to management
- Move vehicles safely throughout the dealership lot and service areas
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized detail department
- Ensure vehicles are showroom-ready and exceed customer expectations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous automotive detailing experience is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to safely operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is a plus
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards
