Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates are not accepted

Former permanent staff of this health system must be separated for at least 1 year before returning; if returning to the same facility, a separation of 18 months is required

RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days if not near a holiday, or a maximum of 3 days if the requested time off falls on or near a holiday

Only one holiday RTO request is permitted per contract

RTO requests must be spread out and will not be approved if clustered consecutively around the holiday period
