Pioneer Land Services Inc. is looking for a new member to join our growing team and serve our clients throughout the DJ Basin. This position is a temporary contract role only. This Contract Surface Landman will have prior experience in the DJ Basin and be local to Denver/Northern Colorado area or Cheyenne Wyoming. Experience negotiating ROW, drafting contracts, working in Google Earth (kmz file format) and some prior regulatory experience is an absolute must.
Mineral title and acquasition a plus
Our client base demands the most professional and diligent Surface Landmen. A valid drivers licence and auto insurance is required for this contract role.
