A growing real estate technology and marketing company is hiring Remote Inside Sales Representatives to join its phone-based sales team.
The company has been operating for more than 20 years and provides advertising, lead generation, and technology platforms used by real estate agents and mortgage professionals across the United States.
The sales organization includes more than 80 representatives, and many employees have built long-term careers with the company. More than 15 percent of the team has been with the organization for over ten years.
This is a full-time remote position with a structured Monday–Friday schedule.
The role focuses on phone-based sales conversations with real estate agents and loan officers who are interested in marketing tools, advertising solutions, and lead generation platforms designed to help them grow their business.
During the onboarding period, new hires learn the sales process and products while setting appointments and speaking with prospects. As performance develops, representatives begin closing their own opportunities and eventually transition into handling inbound calls that are transferred directly to them.

Key Responsibilities
- Speak with real estate agents and mortgage professionals interested in business growth tools
- Conduct phone-based sales conversations and guide prospects through purchasing decisions
- Handle scheduled calls and inbound transfers from lead qualification teams
- Follow up with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline
- Record activity and notes inside the CRM system
- Participate in sales training and coaching sessions
- Meet individual sales targets and performance expectations

Requirements
- Experience in inside sales, call center sales, or phone-based selling preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence
- Comfortable handling objections and guiding prospects through decisions
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable computer, stable internet connection, and professional headset
- Availability to work Eastern Time business hours

Compensation
- Base Pay: $16–$19 per hour
- Commission: 20 percent on sales
- Additional earnings through set-up fees and performance bonuses
- Typical earnings:
- Average performers earn $10,000+ per month within the first three months
- Top performers earn $20,000–$25,000 per month
- Pay is issued weekly.
