Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team! Responsibilities
- Greet visitors warmly, direct them appropriately, and ensure a positive first impression of the organization
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking accurate messages and relaying information in a timely manner
- Assist with preparing correspondence, documents, and basic reports
- Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using Google Workspace, and other office software
- Support office management activities such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and maintaining cleanliness of common areas
- Support coordination of team meetings, events, and office activities
Skills
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills
- Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Google Workspace tools
- Full professional proficiency (written and verbal) in both Spanish and English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents, data entry accuracy, and filing systems
- Customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills
- Experience with medical receptionist duties is a plus, along with personal assistant or calendar management experience
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
