Twigs Bistro & Martini bar is looking for an energetic, service-driven Assistant Manager to join our leadership team at our Columbia Center Mall location in Kennewick, WA.

What You'll Do:
- Lead & inspire front and back-of-house team members
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve concerns with confidence
- Coach, train, and develop future leaders
- Help drive operational excellence during high-volume service
- Foster a positive and accountable team culture
- Support staffing, scheduling, and daily restuarant operations
- Be a visible leader who leads by example

- Previous restaurant leadership experience
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
