Delivery Driver — Miero Coffee Bar

About the Role
Miero Coffee Bar is looking for a reliable, friendly Delivery Driver to bring our food safely and on time to customers in the surrounding area. You'll be the face of our restaurant at the customer's door, so a positive attitude and good customer service go a long way. This position requires you to have your own reliable vehicle.
Responsibilities
Pick up prepared orders from the restaurant and deliver them promptly to customers
Verify order accuracy before leaving the restaurant
Handle food with care to keep it fresh, hot, and presentable during transit
Follow safe and efficient driving routes to meet delivery time targets
Collect payments when required and handle cash or card transactions accurately
Provide courteous, professional service and resolve minor delivery issues on the spot
Keep your vehicle clean, fueled, and in safe working condition
Assist with light in-restaurant tasks (packing orders, cleaning) during slower periods
Requirements
Must own a reliable, insured vehicle and be able to use it for deliveries
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Proof of current vehicle insurance and registration
Smartphone with GPS/navigation capability
Good knowledge of the local area (a plus)
Strong time management and a customer-first attitude
Ability to lift and carry orders up to [25 lbs]
Availability to work [evenings / weekends / holidays] as needed
