Job Title: Administration Intern

Job Type: Paid Internship/$20 per hour/35 hours per week
Position Overview:
The Administration intern will assist with a variety of projects for Rogerson Communities. The areas of focus are listed below:
Affordable Housing
- Review Resident Ledger accuracy
- Retrieve past due utility invoices
- Retrieve past due contract vendor invoices and create contract folders (cheat sheet)
- Review of utility consumption reports
PayScan Project
Senior Living Projects
Perform other duties as assigned to support the organization's goals.
Qualifications:
- Interest in nonprofit administration and finance.
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
