The Administrative Data Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate business and operations data, performing clerical duties, and providing administrative support across multiple departments. You will work closely with logistics coordinators, warehouse managers, and leadership teams to ensure data accuracy and smooth internal processes.
This position is primarily remote, offering flexibility while maintaining accountability and team collaboration through digital communication tools.
Enter and update administrative and operational data into internal databases and tracking systems.
Prepare and organize digital and physical documentation for compliance and reporting purposes.
Maintain data accuracy through regular verification and correction of entries.
Support management by generating reports, spreadsheets, and dashboards from collected data.
Assist in scheduling, filing, and coordinating administrative projects.
Communicate with remote and on-site staff to ensure efficient data flow.
Perform data quality checks and document control reviews for audits.
Help streamline data entry and administrative processes through automation tools or improved templates.
Participate in remote team meetings and cross-departmental coordination calls.
Uphold confidentiality and compliance with company policies and data protection standards.
Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry, clerical, or administrative support roles.
Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or similar environments is a plus.
Familiarity with working in a remote or hybrid team setting.
Technical & Soft Skills
Strong Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data management system proficiency.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hours.
