Position Description
Wesche Company is a family-owned distributor of commercial doors, frames, hardware, and building specialties. Our mission is to be builders’ first choice through the best service and support, whether it is helping walk-in customers or supplying material for the most iconic buildings in Northwest Arkansas.
As an Inside Sales representative, you will work with walk-in and call-in customers to understand their needs, price and provide a quote, process the sale, and ensure the customer has a high-quality experience through final delivery of their material.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with customers to understand their needs. Working with customers will include phone, email, and in-person communication
- Build quotes for customers based on their needs. Pricing is done through price books and direct prices from manufacturer
- Send quotes to customers and help them understand their quote. Work with customer if any changes are needed to adjust to their needs
- When a customer proceeds with a purchase, salesperson is responsible for writing up work order, delivery ticket, and helping to coordinate when materials are needed
Qualifications
Required:

- Responsive and helpful, and comfortable communicating via email, in-person, and by phone
- Ability to learn products, processes, and ordering platforms quickly
- Highly organized and able to balance multiple customers at one time
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Adept in Microsoft Office Suite, email, and data management
Preferred:
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking)
- Experience reading blue prints and specifications
- Installation or familiarity with doors, frames, and hardware
- Experience with commercial construction

Supplemental Pay:
Bi-Annual bonus given on top of annual salary.

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
