This position operates in a combination of vehicle, community, home, and facility settings. The employee must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds in relation to wheelchairs, medical equipment, and supply deliveries. Entering participants’ homes and healthcare facilities may involve navigating uneven surfaces, tight spaces, and varying sanitary or environmental conditions. The role also requires exposure to outdoor weather during participant pick‑ups, drop‑offs, and deliveries.
