Customer Sales Agent -Hilton Head
Starting Pay: $15/hr. with *UNLIMITED* Commission Potential

If this sounds exciting, we want you on our dynamic Hertz, Dollar, Thrifty Car Rental team! We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly individuals who enjoy engaging with customers and are eager to drive sales while offering outstanding service and focused on making every car rental experience memorable.
Responsibilities include working the customer rental counter and cleaning and inspecting the vehicles. This position requires ability to multi-task, have excellent customer services skills, sales driver and the ability to clean vehicles. This role is on airport property.
Responsibilities (Rental Counter):
- Process rental car transactions
- Use effective sales techniques to encourage customers to utilize service options
- Receive telephone calls and handle or pass along customer-related issues
- Complete, review and submit various reports to supervisor
- Maintain and update rental agreement files
- Complete car exchange requests in computer system
- Communicate with shuttle drivers
- Perform related responsibilities as assigned or required
Responsibilities (Car Cleaning):
- Clean and service rental vehicles for customer use
- Review inspection checklist to ensure vehicles are properly prepared
- Transport customers to and from the rental center as required
- Deliver vehicles to appropriate locations as directed
- Maintain service area, equipment, tools and cleaning supplies
- Maintain gas logs and other logs as requested by management
- Inspect and park cars as directed
- Perform related responsibilities as required or assigned
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- General knowledge of how to operate variety of automobiles
- Professional and enthusiastic attitude
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work all required shifts
- Excel at solving problems with precision, speed, and a positive attitude
- Basic computer skills including data entry, typing, and experience using Microsoft Word & Excel
- Enjoy working closely with fellow team members & customers
