JOB SUMMARY: The Investor Relations Officer drives capital growth through exemplary service and support to the company’s existing investor base.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing investors through proactive communication and ongoing engagement.
- Explore opportunities to expand our investor network through introductions and referrals from existing investors.
- Process, update and produce documents and paperwork for new and renewing investments.
- Utilize investment software and CRM applications.
- Oversee all aspects of subordinated debt promissory note maturities.
- Coordinate with accounting department as needed regarding investor statements, investment funding and repayments to investors.
- Assist with planning, organizing and conducting eight to ten investor appreciation events per year and provides support as needed for employee appreciation events.
- Other duties as assigned by the Investor Relations Manager.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Outgoing personality with the ability to communicate with sophisticated financial investors.
- Complete understanding of all business activities of Noble Advisors and its Operating Entities.
- Attention to detail regarding written communication, document creation and group event coordination.
- General well-rounded knowledge of the U.S. financial investment landscape.
- Has a high degree of integrity and the ability to work with sensitive information.
- Ability to work with others in a positive, professional manner.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Several years of experience in sales or any other people-related or client-related occupation.
- Financial services experience helpful, but not necessary.
- High School diploma, college degree preferred; but not required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Time split between the Lancaster office location and traveling locally and regionally meeting with existing investors and prospects.
- Occasional attendance at business and social functions and events evenings and weekends.
- Duties take place in a typical office environment with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, working on a computer with quiet to moderate noise level from coworkers and equipment.
- Must be able to lift 20 pounds at times.
